222 East 41st Street is a 25 story, Class A office tower completed in 2001. The building was designed by the architectural firm of Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum and is characterized by a polished glass and stone façade with an all glass lobby entrance. The building is virtually free of interior columns and has floor-to-ceiling glass windows and generous ceiling heights. The exterior of the building consists of galvanized insulated panels with classic pink Porrino granite stone and a modern glass curtain wall. The canopied entrance has two revolving doors that provide entry to the lobby with Jura Limestone walls and Pennsylvania Bluestone floors. The lobby was designed to be and is used as an art gallery with exhibits changing every six months.

The building has eight passenger elevators controlled by a Micron 10 elevator traffic management system by Schindler, the ceramic tiles restrooms are all ADA compliant, the computer controlled (BMS) heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system can provide temperatures to satisfy multiple needs on each floor while providing affordable overtime HVAC at reasonable costs because each floor is supplied separately, there is more than adequate electrical and communications service and distribution capability, a 24/7 security guard presence in the building, a fire alarm and emergency communications system, a stand pipe system, heat supplied by efficient steam, a loading bay with hydraulic lift and an emergency generator that will provide emergency lighting throughout the building, operate one elevator per elevator bank at a time, keep the house pumps and fire pumps operation as well as provide emergency power to the fire alarm system and there is a parking garage and a shoe repair store located in the building. Tenants have access to a myriad of nearby amenities that include a wide selection of world-class hotels, restaurants, Broadway theatres, cinemas world class shopping.
